Nicky Fuller, APRN, appears in need of finding another job. She did NOT listen to what I said, completely misconstrued my complaint, DESPITE having my medical record with her Yet her HCP's progress notes stated the opposite. Her mannerisms were not friendly NOR patient friendly. I give her a 0 rating.

After 2 months of an ear infection and dealing with other providers, finally got progress and relief with Nurse Practitioner Nicky Fuller. This office came highly recommended and now I know why. After recent colds and two long flights had trouble hearing. I had moved quite a distance and could not get an WNT appt for 5 months. I called Dr Lapco’s office and got in the next day! They removed wax and found water behind both ears. Hearing tests confirmed hearing loss. Still finishing medications and waiting for follow-up. Staff is amazing and they care about patients and outcomes.

Dr Lapco was very caring listened to my concerns, did a few tests and shared what he found as well as possible treatment options. Never pushing me towards any option in particular. Hos assistant Natalie was amazing! Helping me with insurance and medications and was always on top of it. Was always quick to return my call. I highly recommend this doctor and the office!

Professional Doctor and Team

Dr. Lapco is an amazing doctor. He is professional and always addresses all of my concerns. He is able to perform many diagnostic procedures right in office, include a sinus CT scan. I have been going to him for almost ten years and I recently moved out of the area and still drive almost two hours to see him. He and his staff are well worth the drive. I honestly can’t say enough good things about him.

Not very happy. Saw the nurse practitioner for 5 to 10 minutes tops. Went it to get a CPAP prescription renewed. Was already diagnosed with sleep apnea 7 years ago. Thought they were doing a routine exam before they referred me for a new sleep study but when I went to check out they said I owned $395. They stuck a thin tube inside the tip of my nostril for about 10 seconds each side and call that an “endoscopy” and charged me a lot for it. I didn’t even need that nor did they tell me what they were doing was going to be an expensive procedure. They looked in my ears, looked in my throat, and did that. Seems like that is more a money maker for the practice than anything. I’m just a patient though. I will be discussing with my medical insurance company.

I met with Erin Andersson and she was wonderful. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. My only complaint is that I had appointments at 1:20, 2:20, and at approximately 3:00pm. The 1:20pm appointment with a NP took about 10 minutes. It was a complete waste of my time to wait to be seen by Erin at 2:20. That was not her fault, but rather the staff who scheduled my appointments. Furthermore, after meeting with Erin, I was told to wait again to meet a second time with the NP. This was also a waste of my time. In my opinion, if the purpose is to see the audiologist, the other appointments are not needed, or there should not be long wait periods between appointments. When I was told the total visit would take about 2 hours, I assumed it was because the testing and discussions would take up all of that time. The 1 hour with Erin for the audiology testing and discussion was great, but the entire process could have been about 1 hour instead of 2 hours.

Dr Lapco was thorough and conservative in his approach. I liked the fact that he would prefer to begin a resolution process in a conservative, testing method rather than starting with an aggressive process that, while solving the issue, may prove to be "overkill" in the end.

Excellent sevice. I am a new patient with this ENT doctor. They are friendly, competent, allow sufficient time for an appt. and very helpful. This may seem like small item for others but they actually answer the phone. As a senior with many doctors, I am always directed when calling a doctor into press 1/press 2 phone mail jail which eventually ends up with a human at a separate location.

Outer and inner waiting rooms were extremely cold. Had a hearing test but wasn't too sure of the results as they were explained to me. My hearing loss is not too extreme but it is still bothering me. I was told that there were no future scheduled appointments and was promptly shown where the exit door was.

Appointment was time, everyone was pleasant, efficient and professional.

The ear exam went well, very professional. It was good that the test equipment needed (cat scan) was right there.

Excellent, couldn’t be a well done practice I do recommend!

This entire process has been amazing. After years of discomfort, I saw Dr. Lapco and his team for a balloon sinuplasty. The procedure was less than 45 minutes. The discomfort during the procedure was minimal. The recovery process, unexpectedly minor discomfort. The after care with phone calls from the staff following the procedure was unheard of to me. I know that I will enjoy better sleep, a sense of taste and basic breathing as a result of this procedure. Thank you Dr. Lapco and your amazing team!

I cannot say enough about this doctor and his staff !!! I had never had a nosebleed in all these years of my life and when I got my first one I was hysterical. I went to the emergency room and followed up with my doctor who referred me to Dr lapko. They could not have been any more wonderful !! They got me in right away and help to calm me and reassure me that it wasn't anything major. I suggest if you have any problems at all where it requires an ENT that you use no one other than Dr lapko and his staff !! If I could give them more than five stars I definitely would !!

VERY EFFICIENT!

Remember when doctors used to make house calls. This is who Dr Lapco reminds me of. He spends whatever time it takes to question and determine the right course of action to take with his primary concern for the patient. I had my girlfriend accompany me for my visit. She mentioned that she had a recurring problem to the doctor as he was checking me. He immediately had the nurse take her medical information and he had her x-rayed in order to determine if her problem needed further investigation. That has NEVER happened to either of us. Dr Lapco is one in a million!

Why do I need Ryaltris nasal spray? Ryaltris is not on Humana's formulary and it is an expensive alternative. For years I have successfully used used Ipratropium Bromide.

Wait time and procedures were excellent. Was a little taken aback by your sign that you would charge patients $1for a mask if they did not have one. There is no mask mandate and it is your right to ask people to mask but most people are kit wearing masks these days. You should provide them if you want people to use them.

There was not waiting, was taken at the time of my appointment. Also had the equipment to test me in his office, so there was no having to go to other facilities to be tested. This way he was able to diagnose me at the time of my appointment and prescribe me medication to handle my situation.

I went to Dr. Lapco office because I needed to have my hearing tested. I knew that I had hearing loss. I did have hearing loss not as bad as thought. I will be getting hearing aides. I just need to research my. options. I was able to get some drops for my very itchy ears. Every one was very professional

Staff is very kind, helpful, and patient. Couldn't see Dr. Lapco so I saw NP Debbie. I was pleased being a nurse myself. Would recommend.

I have been suffering with my sinus all my life (50/yrs.) Complete Blockage, Draining Backwards & Migraines caused by inflamed sinuses. Had the Ballon Surgery on My Sinuses & it was life changing. Dr. Lapco & Team are the most professional & attentive medical profession I have ever met.

From the minute I entered the office I was impressed by the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. Then when I entered the treatment room (and right on time as scheduled) the nurse assistants went right to work taking the necessary information from me and performed the CT scan. Then Debbie entered and showed me the CT scan results and discussed the treatment plan. She makes you feel like you are in highly professional and experienced hands. Not to mention her high energy explanations. Everything she prescribed worked and I felt much better as she predicted over the course of the treatment she determined. Professionalism, efficiency, and a warm and friendly environment would underestimate what I experienced. I have since recommended this office to my friends.

This office is great. Dr. Lapco is very friendly and knowledegable. He performed my surgery smoothly and the post operation care has been excellent so far. They even worked with me with the charges of some procedures. Also, Debbie, the Nurse Practitioner, is awesome. She is very patient to respond all questions and explains every step in detail. I definetely recommend visiting this practice.
